Good morning.

A,B,C Good morning.

B: Please sit down.

Thank you.

B: What is your name and where do you live?

My name is .... I live in Kainan City, Wakayama Prefecture.

B: Wakayama? I don't know much about Wakayama. How long does it take to come here?

It takes about three hours by train. So I woke up at five o'clock and took the first train, just in case.

A,B,C Five o'clock?

I arrived here very early and while I was waiting on the first floor, I said good morning to you.

A: I remember that. Now, I'll ask you a question. What do you think about the aging society in Japan?

The advancement in medicine and the traditional Japanese diet, the healthy Japanese-style diet has led to longevity. It's good. But some people worry about living long lives.

A: Worry?

Yes, I have a grandfather who is 95 years old. His wife and children have died, so his grandchildren support him. His life is very sad.

A: Next question. Many people have electronic dictionaries these days. What do you think about this?

I have one, too. It is very useful. It has five or six dictionaries in it.

A: Is there an English-English dictionary in it?

Yes, it does.

A: Last question. Please explain "igo" briefly.

It is a traditional Japanese game played by two people.

It uses black and white pieces. One player has black pieces and the other player has white ones.

A: Surround?

Yes.

A: So much for the interview. Thank you.

Thank you very much.
