Hello!(にこやかに)Can I sit here?

A: Sure.

My name is .... I live in Nagaokakyo City. It is in the southern part of Kyoto and closer to Osaka than to Kyoto City.

C: (I see・・・みたいな感じ)

A: My name is ○△※×◎??(←長い!)I'm going to ask you a few questions.

A: Why do you want to be a tour guide?(きたー!

Because I'm really interested in Japanese culture, tradition and history.
So I want to introduce Japan's tourist attractions to foreign tourists.
And some foreigners may have misunderstandings about Japan.
So I want to clear them up.

Uh... one typical example is some foreigners think Japan is still a primitive society, and there are "samurai" people wearing their hair in a topknot.

Yes!(断言―嘘八百)I heard it from a friend. She went to the US.
When I heard that, I was really shocked.
So I want to clear such misunderstandings.

A: OK.

I would take my guests to Kinkakuji Temple because Kinkakuji is famous as the temple of Golden Pavilion in Western countries.
Maybe guests will be surprised at its gorgeous appearance.

Compared to Kinkakuji Temple, Ginkakuji is not made of silver
So it is simple looking. So I would recommend Kinkakuji to foreign guests.

Unemployment is on the decline. But the sign of economic recovery is still weak, not strong enough.
So I'm not sure how long this recovery will continue.
Anyway I'm becoming a job hunter from this winter.
So I hope many companies will hire many new recruits like me.

A: Are you working?

No, I'm a university student.

In my case, Japan's universities don't make students study hard.
And it is very easy to graduate from the university.
But universities in foreign countries are very hard to graduate from.

A: Which university do you go to?(Which?

I go to Japanese university.

The name of the university?

A: Yes.

Oh, I'm sorry. My university is Ritsumeikan University in Shiga.

A: Oh, Shiga. Please explain Lake Biwa.(ラッキー!)

Lake Biwa is the largest lake in Japan. In summer we can enjoy swimming in the lake and enjoy fishing. Fishing is my hobby so I often go there.

A: Fishing...hmm...What do you think about black bass fishing?

Oh! I enjoy black bass fishing! I enjoy it but some people say black bass will destroy ecology system because it eats small fish.

A: Do you eat it after you fish?

No, I release it because black bass is not tasty.

A: OK. Please quickly explain what "butsudan" is.(自分がよけいなことを話し

is a box made of wood. The god is enshrined in "Butsudan."

A: God?

Oh, yes.

A: OK(会話を楽しめましたよと発言)

Thank you very much. Nice talking to you.
