I think overworking is a kind of virtue unique to Japanese people. People often work till late. Of course efficiency is the best, but working long hours is highly esteemed in Japanese society.

B: What is "wagashi"?

It is my favorite. Wagashi is Japanese sweets made from sweet bean paste. It's good for health, I mean, compared with cakes containing butter. It's healthy. Kyoto is famous for wagashi.
