(私の返答に対する声がはっきり聞き取れなかったので)
May move to you a little bit? I can't hear you well.
A,B:Sure(50cm位椅子を前に出させてもらった)

Nice to meet you. I'm fine thank you.

Yes. Please.
A:When does Tsuyu begin?
It begins about at mid-June and lasts about a month. This rain is needed by the farmers at their rice-planting time.
(余計な事まで答えたので次の質問が来た)
A:Why is the rain necessary ?
Because during this time farmer have to transplant the rice seedlings to the rice paddy field.
(正解は分からないが、頭に思いついたことを答えた)
A:Next question is about Japanese history.
How did Japan overcome the big change at the Meiji-restoration and follow up the Western countries?

(思い返すとこのような内容の質問だったと思うが質問された英語は再現できない)
Japan was closed for many years by the seclusion policy, so a lot of new culture flowed in at the beginning of Meiji era. In order to catch up with Western countries, Japan sent many young students to Western countries, and made them study their culture and industry. For example Tsuda Umeko, she was 5or6 years old. After they came back to Japan, they extended what they studied to inside Japan.
Like this way. We absorbed many things from Western countries. In addition to that, Japanese characteristics of diligence helped to overcome this big change. And Japan became a big country, then fought Word War 2. But Japan was defeated completely. But again Japan recovered as the big economy. We are proud of that.
(回答は相当に??????があるが、頭に思いついた事を並べて行くと上記のような回答になってしまった。若い留学生を派遣したことや、日本人の勤勉性、世界大戦に破れ再度立ち上がったことまで言ったことは覚えているが、正確な英文は再現できない)
A:How does Japanese language consist of ?
(と言われたと思ったので)
Do you mean Japanese writing system?(と確認したら)
B:Yes.Japanese writing system.
(と補足してくれたので楽になった。300選の漢字、ひらがな、カタカナの項は頭に入っていたのでほぼそのまま説明できたと思う。内容は省略するが漢字の説明は'each kanji has its own meanig or concept, but kana has no meaning ,jsut representing sound, so main content was expressed by kanji.と言う様な内容に変更した)
A:If you will teach Japanese to foreigners, how do you teach them?
First, I will teach them hiragana by using roman characters, then I'll teach them 1000 kanji. That will help them to understand rough meaning or contents of various signs or easy sentences used in our everyday life.
But 1000 kanji are too many, I'd like to change to begin with 100 kanji.
(とここまで来たところで試験官Bから)
B:OK.Thank you. That's all.(とブレークが入り)
Is that all?
A:Thank you. That's all.
(ということで終了した。13:08から13:16?まであっと言う間であったが、特に緊張することもなく終えることが出来た。最初に椅子を前に出させてもらったことで、緊張がほぐれたのかも知れない。
