Yes. they do. because nn (ちょっと詰まった。慌てたが、必死でジェスチャーを交え答えた。) when I put my hand into the cage, they come and ride on my hand. (ride は違う!と思ったが通じたらいい!と思いながら突っ走った。)

必死で勉強していたところがほとんど出ず、やはり普段の英語力が試されていると思った。より日常的で実践的な英会話力が試されたと思った。だから今回は自分の実力はこの程度なのだからとすっぱりと諦めがついた。そのおかげで通じればよいと逆に度胸がつき、アバウトの構えで行こうと決心がついた。
勉強した事は決して無駄にはならなかった。というのは、とっさのフレーズや言い回しに使えたからだ。
何かの形で残っているものだな・・と感じた。
