A&B: Hello.

Hello, good afternoon.
B:(いすを指して)Please be seated here.

Thank you(と言って着席)
B: Please tell me your name.

My name is XXX.
B: Where do you live?

I live near YYY city in ..... prefecture.
B:OK.(BがAに合図を送る.Aはうなずいて質問に入る)
A: OK, in this test I'm a foreign tourist and you are a tour guide. I'll ask some questions to you and please reply. OK?

OK.
B:(手元の質問リストらしき紙を見ながら質問を選んで)First, about weather in Japan. Why in winter in Tokyo is it dry?

It is due to the pressure system. In winter in Pacific coast area, we have dry weather but we have a lot of rainfall in summer. It is influenced by pressure system.(海流の影響でどうこうと言う話を出来れば良かったが,言葉が出てこないと思いこの程度の回答にしてしまった)
B:OK, I see.(もう少し何か質問したそうだったが,時間を気にしてか次の質問に移る)
B: The next is about Japanese history. Do you know any female ruler in Japan?

Well,(少し考えて)What comes to my mind is Himiko. Himiko was a ruler of Yamataikoku in ancient times. There are two opinions where Yamataikoku existed. One is in Kyushu and the other is in Nara. But there is no clear answer now where it existed.
B: Do you know any other female rulers?

I'm sorry I don't have in my mind right now other female ruler.
B: For example in Britain, there is Queen Elizabeth. Is it impossible for female to become a ruler in Japan?

Yes in case of emperor it is not possible for female to become. But I think female should also rule in Japan. We are all equal. It should be not only for male but also for female. 一言にrulerと言っても色々解釈出来るので「What kind of ruler do you mean?」
B: OK. The next question is, maybe, easier for you.

B: What is Enka?

(自分にとってはまた答えにくい質問だなと思ってしまい,苦笑しながら)Oh, Enka!...Yes, Enka is Japanese traditional song.(年配の人が好む曲という考えからいきなりTraditionalという間違った答えをしてしまう)
B:(けげんそうな顔をして)Traditional?

I mean Enka is a song which old people like. Enka is slow music and modest and easier to sing compared with young pepole's song like rock and pops.
B: Who are Enka singers?

Well,(少し考えて)I know Kitajima Saburo and Kobayashi Sachiko. You can hear Enka if you watch Kohaku-utagassen singing tournament which is held at the end of year.(tournamentではないのにそう言ってしまった)
B: Could you tell me the difference between Enka and pops?

Pop songs usually include foreign words but Enka does not. Enka words are something asking to the heart of Japanese people. If you see the translation of Enka words, you can understand the heart of Japanese people.(演歌は日本人の心を表現しているというようなことを言いたかったが,うまく説明出来なかった)
B: OK, it's time now. The test is finished. Thank you.

Thank you.(と言って退室).
