A,B: Good afternoon.
B: Please, tell me your name?
My name is XXX.
B: Nice to meet you.
Nice to meet you.
B: Where do you live?
I live in YYY, to the south of ... city.
A: I’m a tourist. Now, I’ll ask you some questions. What is the
climate of Japan?
Japan has 4 clear-cut seasons; spring, summer, autumn and winter.
Between summer and spring
(何故か順番が、いつもと逆！) we have a rainy season, ‘tsuyu’ in Japanese.
A: When does a typhoon come?
Generally in the beginning of September a typhoon attacks Japan.
A: Does a typhoon come to Kyoto?
Yes, but the damage is not so severe than Tokai area or Shikoku
.Because they are facing the ocean but Kyoto is surrounded mountains.
For example, the course ( Typhoon と言うべきだった)goes from Shikoku through
Osaka to Kyoto.
A: I should not go to Shikoku! Shikoku is dangerous to go, isn’t
Don’t afraid to go to Shikoku. Shikoku has many good places to visit.
For example there are many nice hot springs. Dogo onsen is atmospheric
and one of the oldest spa in Japan.
A: How about earthquakes? I haven’t experienced it, so what should
I do when the earthquake?
Calm down! Look around and if you are inside of the building, you
had better to go under the desk.
A: This one? （試験官用の長机をガタガタさせて）
It seems to be fragile.
A:(後ろの教卓を指して) It’s more solid, isn’t it?
Yes, I think the desk over there must be better.
B: I’ll go there, too. Remember, ‘Lady first’. (みたいな会話で、盛り上がりました。)
A: By the way, what is ‘enka’?
Enka is one of popular music in Japan. Originally it encouraged
people by singing the song.
（先日のＴＶで、演歌は もともと人々を応援する意味合いがあったという説を聞いたところだったので。でも 真偽は？？？）Even today,
enka encouraged people, in particular, middle-aged business men
to live lively.
A: Do you like enka?
No, I don’t. Enka is noisy for me. I like quiet and soothing music.
A: What kind of a music CD do you recommend to buy for souvenir
It depends on your interest.
A: Japanese taste・・・
Do you like everything Japanese? How about a traditional musical
Sho is the musical instruments made of a bundle of bamboos. The
sound is really soothing.
A, B: Thank you for coming. It’s nice talking to you.
In the last year interview test, there was a question in Japanese.（要らないことを聞いてしまいました。）
B: The system changed this year.（にこっ）
I’m relieved, thank you.
A, B: It’s nice talking to you, thank you.
It’s nice talking to you, thanks so much.
