Good morning.

A: Good morning. Please have a seat.

Thank you.

B: May I have your name?

My name is ....

B: Where do you live?

I live in ...city, Chiba Prefecture.

A: How long did it take to come here?

It took me about one hour to come here by train.

A:(「今日は?

A: Today, I'll ask you three questions. First, I'll ask you about Japanese. Why do Japanese people take massages and aroma therapy?

I think one reason is that Japanese people, especially office workers, are under much pressure or stress at the workplace. So it's necessary for them to reduce stress and regain energy for tomorrow. That's why they take massages.

B: Do you take massages or aroma therapy?

Yes, I do. Personally, I enjoy taking a bath. I'm soaked in the bathtub, reading books.

A: Ok. Next, I'll ask you about Japanese society. What do you think about the super ice age?

A: Have you ever heard of the super ice age?

Do you mean young people today are difficult to get a job?

A: Yes.

I think this is one of the serious problems in Japan. One of the reasons for this is that many companies are working hard on corporate restructuring to ensure profits.
However, Japanese economy is showing some signs of recovery such as rising stock prices and rising investment in plants and equipment by many companies. So when the Japanese economy pick up and companies start hiring more people, the situation will change for the better. I hope so.

A: Mr. ...., I'll ask you about Japanese culture. How would you describe "onigiri"?

Onigiri is a rice ball. We make Japanese rice in the hands in triangle. We put umeboshi, I mean Japanese apricot, shaved bonito or kelp in it.

A: Ok, Mr...., that' all for today. Thank you for coming.

B: Thank you very much.

Thank you.

A: You'll travel to .... and I hope you'll enjoy the rest of the day.

Thank you very much for the interview today.
