Good morning!(と言って入室)

A,B: Good morning!(二人ともニコニコ)

B: Please put your baggage there, and take a seat.

Thank you.(と言って着席)

B: Please tell us your name.

My name is ○○.

B: (何か見ながら)You are from・・・ Please tell us where you live.

I live in Yokohama.

B: You live in Yokohama, OK.

A: OK. Now I'm going to ask you some questions. Please relax. Please imagine that I'm a tourist and pretend like you are a tour guide, OK?

Yes.

Well, Let' see actually there are a lot of parking lots in Japan, some are very expensive, as you mentioned (ここでアイコンタクト), others are not so expensive.(ここまで発言しながら話をどうもって行くか考えていた)Did you ask at the front desk of the hotel?

A: Yes.(かすかに聞こえた)

OK. I think that's why parking lots located close to hotels are expensive. But you can find other parking lots which are not so expensive.(目を見て太鼓判スマイル・・・内心これで納得してください・・・と思いながら・・・。

A: OK, in Tokyo I found a lot of shops like Snoopy shops, Hello Kitty shops・・・why there are so many character goods shops like them?

You found Snoopy shops!(とAとアイコンタクト)

A: Yes.

Those character goods are very popular, because they are attractive, cute, pretty・・・They are mostly popular among young generation, and I think this is related to Japanese group-oriented mentality.
When one assertion is made that certain character goods are good and pretty (アイコンタクト), every one wants to buy them so that they can show that they have one!(このあたりまでAと頻繁にアイコンタクト。
Therefore there are many character goods shops in order to cater to the preference of those young people.

A: OK. Could you tell me about tea ceremony? I'm afraid it's boring. I'm wondering whether I should take part or not. What is tea ceremony?

Tea ceremony is traditional Japanese art and ritual of serving special powdered in the tea.(アイコンタクト。
Tea ceremony is performed in the tea room (アイコンタクト) which is traditional Japanese style tatami floor mat room.
In the tea ceremony, the person who serves the tea is usually dressed in kimono アイコンタクト), but when you take part in the tea ceremony, you are not required to wear kimono.(アイコンタクト)

A: Oh,that's good. I'm assured!

Yes, you can participate in the tea ceremony in whatever cloth you want to wear.

A: That's nice.

In the tea ceremony, the host or hostess will make tea by adding hot water (ジェスチャー、お湯をくむ) to powdered green tea leaves called matcha in tea-bowl.
(ジェスチャー、おわん) and then by rapidly beating it with a bamboo whisk.
During the tea ceremony. You will sit on your knees. You can enjoy drinking the tea served by the host or hostess アイコンタクト) and you can enjoy watching the hanging scroll on the wall of the alcove (ジェスチャー、左手にかげ軸。アイコンタクト),and the flower arrangement placed on the alcove of the tearoom.

A: Oh, I'm afraid I can't sit on my knees for such a long time.

I recommend one place for you. In my place, yokohama, there is tea room located on the 65th floor of high-rise building called Land Mark Tower. It is the tea room located on the highest place in the world! (アイコンタクト) There you can see the beautiful view of Mt.Fuji, if the weather is fine.(アイコンタクト) There are three different types of tea rooms there, and one of them is the western style tearoom.

A: Oh! really?

Yes, so you don't need to sit on your knees in tatami rooms, there are some chairs there, you can enjoy the tea ceremony in the western style tearoom.

A: I would like to go there. I'm happy to hear that. I will try.

Yes, you'll enjoy it.

A: OK, thank you. Thank you for coming here today.

Thank you, too.
