My name is …. I’m from…..

A:I’m a foreigner and I don’t know anything about Japan. Please tell me about the Japanese climate.

The Japanese climate is relatively mild. Japan has four clear-cut seasons with a rainy season between spring and summer. The Japanese climate is influenced by geographical extent, winter and summer monsoons, ocean currents, and rugged topography.

A:Is the climate the same everywhere in Japan?

No, it is not. As Japan is a long country, the climate differs greatly according to the region. For example, the side of the country which faces the Sea of Japan has a climate with much rain and snow. And the southern part of Japan such as Okinawa has a sub-tropical climate.

A:When is the best time to travel in Japan?

I think spring is the best time to travel in Japan because the climate is mild and you can enjoy cherry blossom viewing. Cherry blossoms are a symbol of Japan. So, I want foreign people to appreciate the beauty of them.

In Japanese history? I think Tokugawa Ieyasu, the first shogun of the Tokugawa Shogunate is probably the most important person in Japanese history because he finally restored peace after a 150-year civil war. Under the rule of the Tokugawa Shogunate, the economy developed and culture flourished. And Japan enjoyed peace for as many as 250 years.

Thank you very much.
