B:Please put your bag over there and have a seat.
Thank you.
B:Please tell me your name.
My name is .......
B:Where do you live?
I live in ...............
B: Oh, it's a convenient place isn't it?
Yes, it's very close to ...............
B: I think it's a nice place.(にこにこというわけではないが優しい感じで)
Thank you.
A: Well, I'm going to ask you some questions.
OK.
A: Where is a good place for skiing?

Generally Hokkaido is a famous place for skiing and there're lots of places you can ski. But I would recommend Zao in Yamagata. There're iced trees and you can see beautiful scenery as well as ski.
A: Right. I'm not very good at skiing, so I'd like to have some lessons. What should I do or where should I go?
Well, I think you can have lessons in most places, but I'd recommend asking a travel agency in advance, because it's usually a package tour. Actually I'm not very good at skiing either, so I'd do the same.
A: OK. I have little kids too. Can they have lessons too?
Skiing is a popular sport, so there should be some course for kids too.
A: Right. When was the last shogun was in position?(質問の文はもうちょっと長かった気がしますが)
The question is when? (と確認、試験官A軽くうなずく)The shogunate system lasted until mid-19th century. The last shogun was Tokugawa Yoshinobu. And then there was Meiji Restoration in 1868.
A: OK. I'd like to go to Osaka. What should I do in Osaka?
Well, Osaka is famous for...(東京、京都、日光などは考えていたが大阪は予想外で行ったことがなかったので、ここで何があったっけ、と数秒考え、思いついたのは)Okonomiyaki!
B: Okonomiyaki!

Well, I like eating...(と食べ物を一番に出したことに対してちょっと言い訳)Okonomiyaki is a kind of Japanese Pancake. Vegetables and seafood are put in batter and fried on an iron plate. There're good Okonomiyaki restaurants in Osaka.
A: OK. Can my kids enjoy that too?
Yes, there're sometimes places you can make Okonomiyaki by yourself on a big iron plate, so you can enjoy that with them. And to visit, there is Osaka castle.
A: Sounds good. I want to eat Okonomiyaki now. (3人で笑う)Do you make Okonomiyaki at home?
Umm, sometimes. There is no big iron plate at home, so I use a normal frying pan.
A: I see. Is there any special spice in it?
Umm, you put special thick sauce, paper thin bonito and kind of seaweed when being eaten.
(最初にNo, there is no special spice but と言うべきだった)
A: OK.
B: That's all. Thank you.
