A:Good Morning.
Good Morning.
B:Please tell us your name?
My name is ....
B:Where do you live?
I live in ..., ... prefecture.
A:Please tell us about Mt.Fuji. How do we go to Mt.Fuji?
You go by……Going by bus to Fuji-Hakone.
Go up to the fifth stage. This is the end of vehicular road and from here you can climb up to the summit. It takes about five hours by walk to get to the summit. The time you can climb is only July and August.(The timeでなくて、the periodですね)。But if you have chance to climb, it is really nice experience because Mt. Fuji is sacred mountain.
A: Why Mt.Fuji is sacred?
Because Mt.Fuji was regarded as sacred mountain from long time ago.(答えになっていないような?)
A:How high is the Mt.Fuji?
Mt.Fuji is 3,776 meters high and it is the highest mountain in Japan.
A:Is Mt.Fuji dormant?
Excuse me?(なんといわれたのかわからなかった)。
A:Is Mt.Fuji dormant?
Mt.Fuji is active volcano. It last erupted about 300 years ago. But now no eruption.(この返事はおかしいですね)。
A:Please tell us how to go to Osaka from Tokyo?
There are two ways. One is going by shinkansen. It takes three hours from Tokyo because it's about 600 km from Tokyo. The other way is by airplane from Haneda.(flight
A:I would like to go skiing. Where can I ski?
As you know, Japan is arc-shaped and mountainous; you can ski anywhere you like. But I would recommend Niseko in Hokkaido. Niseko is famous for powdered snow. Niseko is called Saint-Moritz of East.
A: Did you ski?
Yes I skied when I was a university student.
A: Where did you go?
I went to Niigata and Nagano. There are many mountains near North Alps.
A: What is shogun?
Shogun is generalissimo. It was originally a temporary title given by emperor to the commander in chief of the expeditionary army. Later it developed into official title given by also emperor to the administrative head of the state. This shogunate government lasted until 19th century.
A: Who is the last shogun?
You want to know the name of the last shogun?
A: Yes.
Last shogun was Tokugawa Yoshinobu. He returned the power to emperor during the Meiji Restoration.
A:………
Excuse me?
A: There are people besides samurai. Who are they?
Oh, I see. Besides samurai, there are chonin, common people and farmers. Asakusa is famous place for common people.
A:I would like to go onsen. Please tell me how should I do?
All right. If you go onsen, there is a dressing room. Then take off your shoes, oh sorry, take off your cloths, naked. Then put your cloths in the basket. Then go to the bathing area. There you can see many people sitting on a small chair made of plastic or wood. There you wash and rinse yourself. After that you go into the bath tub. Bath tub is regarded for soaking. You should not bring your towel inside the bath tub.
A,B:Thank you very much.
Thank you very much.
