A: Why are there so many hot springs in Japan?
There are so many hot springs in Japan because Japan is a mountaneous country and there are lots of volcanoes in Japan. That's why there are so many hot springs in Japan.(なるほどと、うなずく)
A:Why do Japanese people go to hot springs so often?
Because it's comfortable and Japan is a stressful country.That's why we go to hot springs so often to reduce our stress.(stress
A: Then, which do you think is the best season to go to a hot spring?
Well, I think spring and autumn is the best season to go because the weather is mild. And, winter is also good because it's cold in Japan at this time of the year. A hot spring will warm you up.

Well, it depends upon the person, but we usually take a shower and we sometimes take a bath. In my family, we take a bath almost every day at this time of the year.
A: That's fine.(他に、質問がないかどうか、2人の試験官同士、目で合図する。)
B: That's all for the interview. Thank you.
Thank you very much.(笑顔で、挨拶をし、カバンを取って退席する。
