(答える前に考える時間があまりないと思って焦ってしまって何度か言い直しや文法的な誤りをしてしまったのを反省している。日本的な事象の定義や自分のお薦めの場所などを自由に紹介できるような質問が少なく,特定の事実や情報を知っているかどうかが問われる質問が多いという点で,難しく感じた。緊張している場面で笑顔を見せるのも難しく感じた。通訳ガイドになりたい動機や通訳ガイドにとって大切なことを問う英語か日本語による質問がなかったのも,準備していただけに,やや物足りなく感じた。全般的な印象として,8分は短く感じた。隣室の受験生の面接時間は10分くらいあり,その受験生は「なぜ通訳ガイドになりたいのか。」と最後に英語で質問されているのが,待機中に聞こえた。)
